Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Bad Dog Photo ("we") collects and uses information on insta.baddogphoto.net. It is provided under the California Online Privacy Protection Act.

Information we collect

• IP address and approximate location. We look up your country and region from your IP address to apply age and regional access rules. Lookups are cached for up to 24 hours.
• Age confirmation. A cookie (age_ok) records that you confirmed you are 18 or older. It expires after 30 days.
• Chat. Messages and the display name you post in the public chat are stored for a limited time and then deleted automatically.
• Contact and purchases. If you email us or buy content, we receive the information you provide (such as your name and email address). Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store card numbers.
• Server logs. Our web server records standard request information (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the site: our hosting provider, an IP-geolocation service (for the location lookup above), our payment processor (for purchases), and Telegram (used to notify us of new chat activity). We may also disclose information when required by law, or to report illegal content to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Do Not Track

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking, so the site treats all visitors the same whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.

Minors

This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
